The firm has a 1750 hour target—and that is a real target. Currently, everyone is working remotely. Once the offices reopen, you will be able to continue to work from home 2-3 days a week, and you will be able to choose which days you’re in the office! Our client, named by The Daily Journal as one of California’s “Top Boutique” law firms, is looking to add a real estate litigation partner or senior counsel with 12-18 years of experience. Portable business is not required.
The firm has a 1600-1800 hour billable target for partners and senior counsels. Once the office reopens (everyone is currently working remotely), you may continue working from home on a partial basis. The firm provides a business development budget, as well as a very generous benefits package.
