Top credentials and CA bar required. The head of the entertainment practice is recognized as one of Hollywood’s most respected lawyers. Prior to joining our client, he served as Chair of the Entertainment practice at an AmLaw 100 firm. He was also a Senior Vice-President for a major studio.

The position will focus on development and production legal matters for top producers of content across all platforms, scripted and unscripted. Essential Responsibilities: Negotiate and draft film/television/new media agreements covering all facets of development, production and distribution including option/purchase agreements, co-production and production services agreements, talent agreements (writer, director, and actor), license agreements and other production-related agreements.
