Our clients are looking for top labor and employment associates with 2 to 7+ years of experience with management-side practices that focus on at least one of these areas: employment litigation and counseling, wage and hour class actions, transactional labor and employment, trade secrets, single plaintiff, wrongful termination, harassment, or traditional labor experience.
Associates who want to relocate to California will be considered as long as they are with prestigious firms currently, even if they need to take the California bar.

Our client is a group of dynamic advocates for employees and civil rights plaintiffs. The firm is comprised primarily of former BigLaw attorneys who pivoted from defense-side litigation practices. Our client is looking to add an associate and they will consider litigators with all levels of litigation experience-- junior to senior level, classes of 2014-2021. While they would prefer candidates with prior employment experience, including defense-side experience, they will consider candidates who are finishing a judicial clerkship, or who gained employment litigation experience during a law school clinic. You can work mostly remote, depending on your level of litigation experience.
