Associates who want to relocate to California will be considered as long as they are with prestigious firms currently, even if they need to take the California bar.

The idea candidate with have 3+ years of experience working on financial services and payments regulatory matters. Clients range from global money centers to leading financial technology, software and social media companies, are defining the future of financial services, with particular emphasis on lending, money transmission, deposit accounts, prepaid accounts, and/or financial privacy. Experience with mortgage lenders/servicers, cryptocurrency and other digital assets, Bank Secrecy Act and Anti Money Laundering are pluses. Contact us

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of leveraged finance/debt experience. Clients are lenders and borrowers, mainly in the healthcare and technology spaces. Applicants should have experience with secured and unsecured lending, including familiarity with UCC secured transactions. Top credentials required. Contact us

The successful candidate will have at least two years of experience in transactional, real estate, or finance law at a large or mid-size law firm, in-house law department or financing company. You will provide advice on secured and unsecured, lending transactions, including equipment leasing, and will represent insurance companies, banks, finance companies and financial institutions in private placements (both domestic and cross-border.) The ideal candidate has 4+ years of significant corporate experience with a particular focus on emerging companies and venture capital deals. The most relevant experience would be preferred equity financings for emerging companies, good familiarity with NVCA forms, and M&A, Private Equity or Joint Venture experience. Contact us
