You can work from home, from a WeWork space, from your own office, or location of your choosing, as long as you have access to a phone and an internet connection. The more junior position requires experience with M&A due diligence and preparation of disclosure schedules and diligence memos, as well as experience drafting M&A ancillary documents. The more senior position requires experience drafting/negotiating NDAs, LOIs, IOIs and M&A transaction documentation, including, without limitation, purchase agreements and ancillary documents. The senior candidate must have second chair M&A transactional experience and must have experience drafting/negotiating multi-member LLC Agreements, Employment Agreements and Consulting Agreements.
