Prop 65/False Advertising Litigation Partner: The position is open to partners, counsels, and senior associates. We are currently embarking on an exclusive search for very experienced Prop 65/False Advertising litigators. Our client is known for its work at the cutting edge of food, drug, advertising, IP, E-commerce, supply-chain and litigation. They represent hundreds of food, beverage, dietary supplement, cosmetic, drug, medical device and personal care companies. The firm represents health & beauty brands, ingredient suppliers, manufacturers, corporate law firms, pharmaceutical, technology, retail and media giants, private equity and venture firms, accelerator and government-sponsored commerce groups. Whole Foods, Informa and many companies in the industry recommend our client as a leading FDA and Ad Law firm. The firm has a 1600 hour billable requirement and originations are not measured.

Our client wants to hire someone who has 12+ years of Prop 65 and false advertising class actions litigation experience to open an office in Los Angeles or the Bay Area. Your practice must be at least 50% Prop 65 cases and approximately 25% false advertising class actions. It would be a plus to have food, beverage, or health & beauty experience, and experience defending those kinds of labeling and advertising claims.
