Premier Attorneys need to work with premier recruiters.

You have worked hard to get where you are and you need to work with a recruiter who will ensure that you make wise career choices.

  • An established record for excellence is something that you should expect from your legal recruiter.

Levenson Schweitzer is a member of NALSC, the National Association for Legal Search Consultants. Moreover, we have successfully placed attorneys during great markets as well as recessions. It’s very important to choose a recruiter who can help you navigate the ever-changing legal market. Anyone can succeed during a good economy; the best recruiters succeed when times are tough. Our recruiters have been successfully placing attorneys since 1989.

  • Levenson Schweitzer Attorney Placement was founded on the principle that a legal recruiter’s job is to provide you with the information that you need to make well-reasoned career decisions

We understand how the search you undertake today can have a far-reaching impact on your career. It’s important that you have the information necessary to make wise choices.

We treat your job search as we would our own. Not only do we want to help you find the right position, but also, we want to build a long-term relationship with you. Levenson Schweitzer recruiters subscribe to the highest ethical standards. We have never experienced a breach of confidentiality.

  • We believe that our greatest assets are an extensive knowledge of the legal market, and our willingness to listen. We help our candidates deal with the complexities of career decisions, and we try to make the process as much fun as possible.

We have all heard horror stories about legal recruiters; while we know that some are apocryphal, unfortunately some are not. As a company whose recruiters have sterling reputations, we are saddened by the perceptions about our profession. As we often tell our clients, “if you think about the way society views lawyers, multiply it by two, that’s the way that many lawyers view legal recruiters.”

Our job as legal recruiters is not only to help you find the right job, but also, to educate and inform. Your recruiter should do more than tell you when and where to show up for an interview. Recruiters should tell you whom you are meeting, and what to expect during the interview. A top recruiter knows about each firm’s culture.

Candor. Humor. Integrity. The Levenson Schweitzer difference.
