Nationally known boutique law firm with significant high-tech clients is seeking an experienced attorney with 5-15 years privacy and data security experience. Candidates should have experience with counseling on compliance with federal and state privacy statutes, and with drafting and negotiating privacy-related provisions in contracts. Must be familiar with telemarketing laws, ECPA, FCRA, HIPAA, COPPA, and CalOPPA. CIPP certification is preferred but not required. Most people bill between 1300-1600 hours, and the firm is comprised of former Big Law and in-house attorneys. Top credentials required.

Top Am Law 100 firm is seeking to add a mid-level data privacy and security litigation associate with 3-5 years of experience. The firm handles a broad range of government investigations, litigation, and counseling concerning consumer privacy and data security as well as litigation concerning government access to information in the national security and law enforcement context. Candidates with a demonstrated interest in privacy and data security, including the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, strongly preferred. The firm has a strong record for promoting associates to partner and a great culture. Top credentials required.
