One of Southern California’s top law firms is looking for a “go to” debt finance counsel or junior shareholder with 10+ years of experience. The firm is comprised primarily of former AmLaw 100 attorneys. Senior associates with the right experience will also be considered. The firm has offices throughout California, including the Bay Area, and this position can be based in any of their offices. You will be the primary debt finance lawyer in the firm, and you’ll get all internal referrals. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to run a practice and can ultimately build a team. The firm will let you start in early 2024 if you are waiting for a year-end bonus. Portable business is not required.
