The ideal candidate will have three-five years of top law firm experience advising in all areas of federal income tax, including corporate and partnership transaction planning, executive compensation, and tax-free exchanges. While the position is not specialized in international tax, some experience in that area would be helpful. The candidate must have strong analytical abilities and be comfortable working on a variety of federal income tax topics. Salary dependent upon experience. The firm pays an hourly bonus (calculated based on base salary) for each hour billed in excess of 1,440 per year. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys who are looking for an alternative to big law but still desire a sophisticated practice. Top credentials and CA bar required.

Top Am Law 100 firm is adding a mid-level associate in San Francisco or Silicon Valley. Successful candidates must have experience representing public and private companies with respect to tax and securities law issues in connection with equity-based arrangements and other types of incentive compensation plans. Additional experience with ERISA, employee benefits or general employment law matters is preferred but not required.

Trusts and Estates litigation opportunity in a great Mid-Peninsula location. Would you like to work regular hours (9am-5pm most of the time), and still be able to pay your bills? We have an exciting opportunity with a highly respected boutique trust and estate litigation firm. Our client is looking to add litigation associates with 2-5 years of experience. While prior on-point experience is a plus, the firm will re-tool top litigators who have a strong interest in switching into trusts and estates litigation. Top credentials and CA bar required.
