Barbara Levenson was raised in Palo Alto and earned degrees from Stanford University and Tulane Law School. She has worked as a legal recruiter since 1989. Barbara has lived in Los Angeles and Palo Alto and is familiar with the law firm and business cultures of Northern and Southern California. Her informed perspective provides candidates with a unique advantage when making important career decisions. From 1999-2009, Barbara served on the board of Stanford Professional Women, serving as Co-President in 2004-2005. She remains actively involved in alumni activities and with fundraising. Barbara also enjoys helping law students and pre-law students with their career planning.

Tab Schweitzer co-founded Levenson Schweitzer in 1999. He earned his degree from Pitzer College in Claremont California.

Elyse Grubb is a native of New York, where she studied business at City College. She began working with Barbara Levenson in 1989.

Lauren Altman Lauren has lived in both Southern and Northern California. She is originally from Orange County and holds a B.A. from U.C. Berkeley. Lauren earned her J.D. from Duke University School of Law, and practiced law in San Francisco for several years prior to becoming a legal recruiter. Combining her firsthand knowledge of law firm life with her desire to help attorneys find jobs they love, Lauren has successfully placed dozens of attorneys in law firms throughout California. Lauren now resides in Orange County, where she enjoys playing with her nephew, reading about Tudor and Imperial Russian history, and rooting for Duke basketball.
