The books of business required must be at least $750K, comprised of a number of clients. Clients include Fortune 500 companies, museums, colleges and universities, airlines, wineries, banking and insurance companies and media clients We have this opportunity on an EXCLUSIVE basis.

Our client, a top LA based firm, is looking for management-side labor and employment partners, for San Francisco and Los Angeles. They will look at partners or counsels who have a $500K book of business, and senior associates who have a $250K book of business. The firm has no debt, and most of their partner billing rates are in the $400.00-$500.00 per hour range, with an 1800 hour target.

Our client, a highly respected mid-size full service law firm in Century City, is looking for partners for their labor and employment, litigation, corporate securities, IP, creditor's rights and new media practices. The firm has no debt and most of their partners have billing rates in the $300.00s-$400.00s, with a 1750 hour billable target. Very entrepreneurial and collegial firm that emphasizes business development and cross-marketing. The attorneys are from Am Law 100 and 200 law firms. The clients are primarily mid-market, institutional and individuals.

Our client, a highly respected boutique on the Westside, is looking for IP litigation partners. The firm is comprised entirely of former big firm attorneys and the partners are dynamic and collegial. The founding partners are young (under 40 years old), and they represent clients in a variety of industries including entertainment, e-commerce, software and hardware design, video games, banking, manufacturing and hospital care. They need partners who have $1M books and their partner billing rates range from $425.00-$650.00. Their billable target for partners is 1900 hours.

This client is also looking for a bankruptcy partner who has either creditor's rights or trustee experience. They will be working closely with the corporate partners for a number of matters that involve international clients. They will look at someone with a $500K book.

Our client, a highly respected labor and employment boutique (management-side) is seeking partners who have books of business of at least $600K. The firm is a big firm spin-off and they have offices throughout CA. Very collegial with a number of female partners. Their partner billing rates range from $325.00-$450.00 and the billable target is 1800 hours.

Our client, a Century City boutique is looking for a real estate partner who has a $500K book of business. Most of their partners have billing rates in the $400.00-$500.00 range and they will look at associates and Counsel, to join as partners. This is a very collegial firm and presents an opportunity to play a major role within the firm. The firm's business model provides an opportunity to earn significantly more than at many other firms.

Our client, an international law firm based in CA, is looking for patent prosecution associates with 1-4 years of experience for their Los Angeles office. EE or Computer Science degrees are required. This is a firm with very exciting clients and a wonderful and diverse firm culture.

Our client, a prestigious family friendly regional firm with several California offices, is seeking a litigation associate with 5-7 years of litigation experience and some bankruptcy litigation experience is a big plus. This firm has an 1850 hour billable target.

Our client, an international firm downtown, is seeking general litigation associates with 5-6 years of media litigation experience. Must have strong litigation skills, and case management and deposition experience. This position also involves a fair amount of appellate work and clients include newspapers and magazine publishers, vide game publishers, networks and studios. Must have prior litigation experience including copyright, trademark and privacy issues.

Our client, a highly respected litigation boutique firm in Century City is looking for a general litigation associate with 3-6 years of experience in state and federal court with business and civil litigation experience required. Strong writing skills and trial skills are required.

This firm is a "go to" trial firm that has a diverse client base and includes software developers and consulting firms, venture-capital start-ups and individual officers and directors of corporations, non-profit foundations, partnerships and individuals. Our client, a prominent firm in the East Bay with over 100 years in the community is looking for an environmental litigation partner. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of experience involving environmental contamination issues, as well as substantial experience in regulatory agency enforcement and site closure matters. Experience in brownfields redevelopment, in drafting environmental risk allocation provisions of real estate and business transactional documents, and in advising clients in environmental due diligence and site investigation matters is also strongly desired.

Our client handles litigation, permit acquisition and transactional work for private businesses, individuals and local, state and federal agencies and nonprofit organizations. The billable target for partners is 1600 hours and the billing rate ranges from $280.00-$440.00 for attorneys in this practice group.

The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of litigation experience and will work primarily with the commercial litigators. A stellar academic record and top law firm experience is required. (This associate may also work on some estate and trust litigation, but the focus will be to support the commercial litigators.) A commitment to litigation is crucial and the candidate must have practical experience, including experience taking and defending depositions, appearing in court, etc. This is a family friendly firm with an 1800 billable target.
