Our clients are looking for top corporate associates with 2 to 7+ years of experience in at least one of these practices: general corporate, corporate finance, securities, M&A, venture capital, public and private company, private equity and/or emerging growth matters.
Associates who want to relocate to California will be considered as long as they are with prestigious firms currently, even if they need to take the California bar.

The ideal candidate has 4-6 years of experience including private offerings of equity securities, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and general corporate matters. Experience representing venture capital, growth equity or private equity firms in fund formations, as well as ongoing investment firm operations matters and compliance with the Investment Company Act, the Investment Advisers Act, the Securities Act and other regulatory requirements, is preferred but not required.
